After not getting anywhere for 2.5 months with our 3-peat Agent from before, my partner found Marco by looking at listings in our area that had sold quickly. Had a great marketing plan, incl an Open House and it sold in about two weeks. Also used Marco to buy our new property that we wanted an early closing to move since we had family here from out of country. After he suggested the Town of Lincoln since the Tri-Cities area was frustrating us, we also extended the search to St. Catharines and found 25 Logan St., Marco arranged a viewing the day we were heading to the area, and our counter offer was accepted that evening. Marco also suggested a great law firm to handle the transactions, and a mortgage broker to find us an institution to handle our Bridge Loan (and new Line of Credit).
